1. How can I place an order with PT’s Cakes?

2. How far in advance should I book my custom cake?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking your custom cake at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For wedding cakes or large orders, a 6–8 week notice is ideal.
3. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Minor changes can be accommodated up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications.
4. Is a deposit required when placing an order?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or before delivery.

5. How are your cakes priced?
Our cake prices vary based on size, flavor, complexity of design, and any additional customizations. For a detailed quote, please contact us with your specific requirements.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and online bank transfers.
7. What is your refund policy?

Yes, we offer delivery within the Sydney area for an additional fee. Delivery availability and fees depend on the location and time.
9. Where can I pick up my cake?
You can pick up your cake from our location in Panania, NSW 2213. The exact address will be provided upon order confirmation.
10. How should I store and transport my cake?
Cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place. If transporting, ensure the cake is on a flat surface and avoid direct sunlight.
